This BD-1 System (Batch Drop) by Superior-PHS features an Xtreme XM-20 High-Speed batch count friction feeder with a Victory Retractable Dropper batch counting products. The stack is dropped onto a CHAMPION 6-ft Flighted Conveyor. Product would then be transfered to any existing finishing system such as a wrapper or bander. Xtreme feeders can feed products from 3-in to 30-in wide. BD Systems can be configured for your application.
