It was the REASON the British attacked USA in 1810-1812 and purposefully burned the US PRINTING office which was reprinting the Constitution WITH the newly ratified , now MISSING "Original" 13th Amendment. We searched the Nation looking to do interview with Larry and Tom. Larry can not be found, Tom is said to have died in Arizona, after leaving the precious documents with AL, who can't find them any more, and was more famous for his magazine, the ANTI-SHYSTER, a anti-LawLiar monthlly which only brought 1/10th the Income that working as a roofer used to bring.
